In August 2010, a massive flood hit north-western and south-western Pakistan. Over 15 million people were affected by this. This flood was worse than the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, the 2005 Pakistan earthquake and the 2010 Haiti earthquake combined.
Pak Day LA members started a campaign to help the flood victims in Pakistan by raising funds and collecting food, supplies and other goods to be delievered to the affectees.
